Hey there Ken! I see how it's easy to confuse the + sign for being a strict version that you need to use, it was meant to convey: 15.9.6 and higher.
I've corrected this documentation now and also changed the title to Minimum System Requirements to make it extra clear that this is the least you will need.
My Bad - I was looking at .6 as greater than .24 instead of .6 being more like the number 6 and .24 as being 24 (my decimal brain was in full swing for some reason) . Perhaps too much computer bits.
