MASTER SERVER and FRONT-END SERVERS Configurations

Hi,

I need some help please in clarifying what we need to install/configure in the MASTER SERVER and FRONT-END SERVERS mentioned in this post: https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/setup/server-setup/load-balancing/

To have such design, do different packages need to be installed?

Also check out uSync for writing things to the file system for syncing things up.
