Umbraco crashes in Azure. Exception when creating a value -> System.IO.IOException

I have a website running Umbraco 7.15.5 in Azure and it crashed giving the following message:

How can I solve it?
I hard to restart the website in order to get it working again.
but I don't really understand if it is a solution to the problem and how to implement it.
Is "useTempStorage="Sync"" an appkey setting in web.config? Should this only be used in production?
"Remove the {machinename} token from your index path" where is the
index path and how do I find it to remove it?
"RebuildOnAppStart="true" - since this should only happen one time"

How do I know if the site is autoscaling or not? Since I don't know it probably isn't, I guess?
