Rte source code button for admins only

Is there anyway to enable source code view on the rte for just admins?

I have found the code for the php equivalent - just wondering if anybody could point me in a direction of how I could implement this in umbraco

I don't think it would be possible without modifying core Umbraco files I'm afraid.
