It looks like PhysicalFileSystem does not have credentials support, which would make it hard to use for file shares \\server\share in environments where you can't synchronize usernames and passwords between Umbraco and the file share (e.g. when using Azure Storage File Shares).
Is this correct?
If so, has anybody added credentials to PhysicalFileSystem by e.g. extending/subclassing or via a custom IFileSystem?
