    Templates disappeared. Site content not appearing.

    I have lost the entire content of my website. All that remains is the navigation bars. I was trying to adjust a template for the CONTACT US form, and must have monkeyed the code somehow. When I'm in Umbraco, there are absolutely no templates in the TEMPLATES FOLDER. I had the hosting company restore the server to a prior time when it was working, but the templates are still gone. Styelsheets and media are still there.

    I'm not an expert at this, obviously, and could use some help.screenshot of home page

    I'm not savvy about Umbraco, but the developer said there were bad references in the DB.
