    Unable to spin up in VScode during Umbraco installation

    Hello!

    I have downloaded UmbracoCms.8.11.1 and I am trying to install it. I have loaded it in VScode and when I run it (ctrl+f5) it comes up with ERROR: spawn TRYINSTALLIIS ENOENT and localhost refused to connect in the browser.

    Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
