Hi, can any one help me in order make spacing in Umbraco form as in the following picture, there is no spacing between form fields. Also i would like to align the form in the center of the page.

Try to create form manually instead of creating from backoffice(umbraco forms), you can modify according your requirement https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/Code/Creating-Forms/
