I've been using Umbraco for a little while now and all this highlighted code is kinda annoying. Is there a way to turn it off? :)

It's the default way(for dark theme) to color the "code" parts in razor. Change it through:
Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Fonts and colors -> HTML Razor Code backround
