    WinIOError when requesting image file

    I suddenly get this error for one of the recently uploaded images on a customer site. The site has been running without problems for >2 years, running Umbraco version 7.3.0 assembly: 1.0.5750.18157. Any ideas?

    2016-09-27 06:59:09,701 [7] ERROR Umbraco.Core.UmbracoApplicationBase - An unhandled exception occurred System.IO.IOException: The file exists.
