What do I put under server and database name if I want to use start with an empty project with Microsoft SQL Server?

I have an empty project and installed Umbraco. Can I use default settings for a local db. I do not have SSMS, just Visual Studio Community 2015. I'm not sure what to put for Server and Database name...

I'm not sure what are my MS SQL blank DB credentials.

Hi Maciej.

Paul Seal recently created a YouTube video explaining this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thpk1X3NTMI.

Just skip to the part where he Configures the database for the new project, since you´ve already completed a few of the steps already.
