    Picker for content or media

I think I'm having a senior moment. I thought the Umbraco content picker allowed you to select either content or media, same as how the "insert/edit link" dialog in the RTE does. But it doesn't seem to.

Am I missing a setting somewhere that allows the content picker to do this.

    Hi Suzyb,

Try to use Multi-node tree picker.

    Read how to use: https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/getting-started/backoffice/property-editors/built-in-property-editors/multinode-treepicker

It works perfectly with Media and Content.

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Hi Suzyb,

Did you try Multi-node tree picker? Is it what you need?

    Thanks,

    Alex

The multi-node picker limits you to picking content or media, so editors either pick pages on the site or files in the media section. I need the editor to be able to pick either a page or a file so it doesn't quite work for my needs.

Reading it back I think my question may have been misleading about what I was looking for :/

    Try the Multi Url Picker.

It can be used to select 1 or multiple content or media items. It reuses the RTE insert/edit link dialog.
