Disable other drop down if user select any our of three.

Hi all.

I have created three drop down in umbraco CMS,

I want to disable other two drop down if a user choose a values among any of three drop-down in CMS,

How can i achieve this.

Did you use Umbraco Forms? Where your dropdowns are placed?

These drop down is not the part of form it is something i want on certain doc type.
