    Umbraco Drop Down

    Hi,

    Is it possible to have a Drop Down datatype that has a Text and a different Value? For example:

    Text="Mr Jones" Value="[email protected]"

    Hi Jonathan,

    You could use a DropDown from nuPickers as they all support custom collections of keys / labels.

    It's absolutely possible, just create your own datatype with custom values.

    Do you know if they are implementing a Drop Down with a Text and value option in version 7.6 or 8? Surely this is a requirement by many people?
