Updating V7.2.5 to V7.6.3 on a Arvixe host

I have umbraco 7.2.5 installed on two domains I have hosted with Arvixe’s Personal ASP package. I would like to update to 7.6.3 but I not sure how to go about this. I have VS 2017 but I'm not really using it to work with either site. Thoughts? Thanks, Kip….
