    How do I create a feed from the news and blog pages from my company website - built on Umbraco - onto our Google + page?

    Natasha, you have to create custom code that will connect with Google+ and post new posts. Look at official Google+ API Client Library for .NET - https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/dotnet/apis/plus/v1
