How to control background opacity on log-in screen for Umbraco

What is best way to control opacity levels for the background, when administrators log into Umbraco? I see how I can change the backdrop photo (option is available in umbracoSettings.config), but don't see options for adjusting the opacity.

    What should I consider doing?

    Thanks

This shows how to adjust the CSS in the back office: https://24days.in/umbraco-cms/2015/umbraco-7-back-office-tweaks/

I am not sure if that CSS gets loaded before you log in, so you'll want to give it a test (my guess is that it does).

So beautiful! That post worked and is so efficient in allowing me to place my own CSS and JS overrides in Umbraco without modifying core files. A million thanks!
