    Umbraco 7.5 or 7.6

This is probably a 'each to their own subject' but I'm starting a new website in a few days and need to know what version i should be running Umbraco under?

I have created a few Umbraco 7.6 projects and all I seem to get is errors (the red popups in Umbraco), which isn't great for obvious reason.

Should I stick to 7.5 which i know is fairly stable or use 7.6?

    Hi Lewis,

we using v7.6.3 since a few weeks in a lot of new projects and this version is very stable. Which errors do you get? Have you a look into umbracotracelog files for specific error messages?

    Best, Sören

    Hi Sören,

I cant remember what the errors were, but this was in the nearly 7.6 days so this was bound to happen.

If 7.6.3 is stable then I shall give this a try.

    Thanks,

    Lewis

    Hi Lewis

7.6.3 is really stable, no sense to use 7.5 I think.

    Thanks,

    Alex

Great, also, did you look at Umbraco Cloud?

It's pretty interesting for starting a new project.

    I didn't,

Although the auto updates should brilliant, I cant justify the costs sadly.

As with most things, if it was so expensive I would consider it again.

    Lewis.
