I have upgraded a 7.2 site to 7.6.4, and the site and most of the backend works, but having a few issues.
1) Although the partial views editing works, templates does not, with a 404 on /umbraco/settings/views/editView.aspx
This file does not exist, I assume because in the release notes it says that template editing has been changed and improved.
What is making it still go to the old editor when I click in the Templates tree? I have restarted site, deleted all cache / ClientDependency and TEMP files, and changed CD version.
2) Getting two Document Types nodes; one works, the other fails with a similar error to the templates - /umbraco/settings/editNodeTypeNew.aspx
3) Developer node is inaccessible; I just get a login screen with Session timed out.
Can anyone help? This is absolutely infuriating for an upgrade between two quite close versions.

Did you merge trees.config correctly?
Please compare /config/trees.config file in old and new versions.
