upgrading from 7.2.5 to 7.6.1 on a shared hosted site with Arvixe hosting

Well I tried to get Arvixe to update their copy of Umbraco to the latest without any luck. I have to do it myself. Can anyone point me to some instructions on how to go about doing this? I need to be on a new version to use Articulate.

    Thanks Kip....

    Hi Kip

Did you follow version specific guide?

    https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/getting-started/setup/upgrading/version-specific

What problems are you struggling now?

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Hi Kip,

When upgrading because you are below 7.3.0 you need to upgrade in jumps instead of going straight to 7.6.1

    For example, go from 7.2.5 - 7.3.0

    Then 7.3.0 - 7.4.0

    Then 7.4.0 - 7.5.0

These steps can be completed with Nuget with (in my experience) no issues, obviously keep an eye on the version specific upgrading document at https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/getting-started/setup/upgrading/version-specific

Then you just have to go to 7.6.1

    Thanks, Lewis

Lewis, since Arvixe doesn't allow console access in their share hosting environment I doubt I can use Nuget.
