    How to post in 'Bugs'

    I know this is not the category to post this in but I found a bug in Umbraco how do I post in a category that is not listed in the drop down box......

    Sorry if this post annoys anyone but......how?

    Hi

    you can report issues at http://issues.umbraco.org/dashboard you should check there to see if its already logged and if not create a new issue.

    for more info see Report and Issue or request a feature

    (its moving to github at some point but not yet)

    Hi kevin,

    I'm talking about posting on this fourm under bugs... so right now I am posting this under Forum > Using Umbraco and getting started, but i have seen posts that are under Forum > Bugs.... or Forum > PackageName.

    But when I create a new post I have a drop down with a fixed list of topics.

    Hi

    yeah most of those forum posts will be under packages which can have their own forum topics.

    quite a few posts still appear here https://our.umbraco.org/forum/ourumb-dev-forum/bugs/

    Which i think was originally for bugs about the forums. the reality is for most people the topic makes little difference, i don't think different people are monitoring each of the topics.
