is there any way to delete user groups in the new user section (v7.2.2)?
After update from 7.6.5 to 7.2.2 I have create own and better user groups, but I can't see any possibility to delete the automatically created migration groups inside the umbraco backoffice.

delete is a bit odd as its not on the group page but on the list of groups page
if you hover to the left of a group you will see a tick appear.
clicking the tick will make a delete button appear on the right of the page
