Installing downloaded package.

I'm running 7.6.4 and I'm trying to install a package. This is a fresh install with the only uCommerce installed. I'm trying to install another package and I'm getting a console error and a never-ending upload.

The console error I'm getting is:

angular.min.js?cdv=1369778381:106 POST http://localhost:63178/umbraco/backoffice/UmbracoApi/PackageInstall/UploadLocalPackage 500 (Internal Server Error)

Any ideas?
