Ah I found this class in Umbraco 7.3 - I think you have some old files. Make sure to BeyondCompare your current install with a fresh copy, Umbraco\Views\Default.cshtml needs to be updated. So does AuthorizeUpgrade.cshtml - and you're very likely missing all kinds of other things.
Error running 7.10.2 locally
I am working with 7.10.2 and site works fine on servers but when i attempt to run locally i get the following error when trying to login to backoffice
Front end loads fine.
Anyone seen this before?

Hmm havnt seen it, could you try to pump it up to 7.10.3 that was just released?
That class name is not present in the Umbraco source nor on Google, so you will need to find where this custom code is supposed to be coming from.
