Ive just upgraded when I look at the umbraco cms version in the Nuget console I see 7.12.3 when I look in the help section when I run Umbraco it says Umbraco version 7.10.4 which is right??
The version in the back office, i believe, is taken from the web.config - which is updated once the upgrade has happened. If the web.config still shows the old version, then i would assume the upgrade has not been done, or there was an error during the process (logs should help).

When I go to run it again it says already installed :-( guess its the manual route for me
