Set content in multiple pages

Hi, Is there an option to insert some text in all pages of certain type? (for example, enter the text 'hello' in all pages of type product, in the 'Mid Content' field.)

Do you need to do this one time programmatically or this is a funtionality that you need to create for the editors?
