    Change password in User section fails

    I have updated an existing installation to 7.7.13, which has the new User management.

    I have found that if a password is changed for a user, by an admin, via the Users section then that password will not work and the user will not be able to login to Umbraco.

    However, if a user logs into Umbraco and changes their own password (via icon in the top left corner), then the password change works correctly.

    So - what is going on and how do I fix it??!!
