    Issue In feature Publish.

     I had one page which dynamically publish daily reports through feature  publishing***(Publish at)*** function in property.
 But I got issue that it's very uncertain that sometime it worked & sometime it didn't.
 Please provide solution.

    Umbraco Details:- Umbraco version 7.6.5 assembly: 1.0.6428.37121
