    Auto Correct HTML

    Hello

I am trying to insert a tag with "<ul id="menu">" into the Content section of my page. I copy and paste the text in, then save and publish. However in the page the HTML is being modified to "<ul class="noindent">". How do I get Umbraco to accept the exact HTML which I copied and pasted into the Content section?

    Regards,

    Simon

Are you referrring to pasting in a rich text editor? Or pasting in a template?

I've tested trying to insert an id in the editor and it fails. Using a class is doing the job fine though.

I changed it to a TextBox (Multiple) and the HTML didn't change now. So it is working now. Thanks
