I can't find any place to package medias, package files is not what I wanted. What I really want is something like packaging content.
Currently this is not possible.. Can I ask why exactly you would want to package media? Maybe there's another way for you to do what you want to do.
You could certainly create media items using the API during the install, but it's quite a bit of work.
