Its like the dash board is leaning in over the left content tree and when I then take away the content tree by clicking the arrows to the left in the middle then I cannot get back the content tree because it will overlap this button thing :)
Please do always tell what versions you're using. Can you post what you've done so far that makes the system behave as such? Any path to reproduce this issue?

It's a random bug in ie7 caused by jquery 1.3 :(
