I have a brand new install of the latest release, with the Creative Website Starter site also installed. Whenever I type a return in the rich text editor, an unknown character is inserted. In Firefox it displays as a question mark inside a diamond, while in IE is displays as a rectangle: The only way I can save the page without the character is by editing the HTML. Is this an issue with the CWS or Umbraco and how can I solve it?
Open umbracoSettings.config and change this line:

Rich Text Editor inserting strange character
