On an umbraco 3.05 site, I have an editor who wishes to receive notifications upon send to publish. When I am logged in as an administrator, I can see "Notifications" on the context menu of the content tree. But she does not get that on her context menu. I tried making her an administrator but that didn't help. Next I looked at her permissions and checked every box. Again, no luck.
