However, when I upload it to the server, I cannot see the admin sections. See screenshots below. I have tried everything found online, like setting file permissions. I have tried everything in the below forum topic. I have not been able to find anything else about it.
Admin UI Not Displaying Sections

My localhost run via WebMatrix runs fine, but I get the display below when logging in from the web server.
Check the Umbraco log table in the SQL database.
Can you see the content nodes ok?

I have an Error in the table with the below message:
At /umbraco/webservices/TreeClientService.asmx/GetInitAppTreeData (Referred by: http://www.gosportyoungatheart.org.uk/umbraco/umbraco.aspx):
Searching the forums for GetInitAppTreeData found many results. This looks the same as our.umbraco.org/.../16005-All-nodes-suddenly-disappeared-in-backend!
I will get my host provider to change the IIS settings can reply back with the result.
