    Hostings in different countries?

    Does it matter where I host my webpage?

    I live in Iceland but do I need to host my site here?

    and one more, should I first find a host then build a site or vice versa?

    It doesnt matter where eva you host your website , i live in uk but i have hosted with Arvixe based in USA, The best thing is to build a website on ur local machine test it , once you are satisfied, get the hosting package and upload it . Thats what i do usually.
