I am looking into using Umbraco for a new application. Basically I need an application framework to host user controls, complete with access control, as well as manage content. I suspect Umbraco would suit ideally?? By the way does it have a means to publish certain content to social media like Twitter and FB etc.?
My previous application was ASP.NET2/VB.NET. For this new application I will use ASP.NET4. I will end up using MVC, but it is a little new, so I am tempted to develop my prototype application with WebForms. Can User Controls generated using Webforms be dropped into Umbraco 5 which uses MVC?
Evaluating Umbraco, some initial questions....
Hi All,
This is my first post here, so hi.

Thanks for your help in advance.
