I lost a local version of a website on my development. So I downloaded the version from the testserver and installed it back on my local development machine.
Now the website runs again on my development machine, but some member data in the member section is lost. I had two Member Types (employer and jobseeker) that are gone.
Also the registered members are gone. The only thing that is still there are the defined Member Groups (Employers, Jobseekers).
Does someone has an idea what could cause this loss of member data?
I tested this a littl further and it seems that I cannot create Member Types in the Member Section. Even after installing a completely new Umbraco install, I cannot create Member Types. Creating Member Groups is not problem.
issue fixed. Due to a fresh system install, some Application Development Features (ASP.NET, ISAPI Extensions, and ISAPI Filters) were not installed. After installing those additional features to IIS, I'm able to create Member Types in the Member Section.
