How do I link pages to each other and make them searchable?

I am trying to optimise our website (www.senate.com.eu) and link pages from different sections to each other, e.g., Clients case studies would link to the Knowledge section.
Currently, there is no way to go to individual pages (www.senate.com.eu/clients/ which is the main folder type document, works, but www.senate.com.eu/clients/vodafone returns an error and I cannot find). How do I fix it? How do I make all of the individual pages within the folders also searchable?
