    Backend display issue

    I have moved an installation of Umbraco 4.7.1 to a Microsoft IIS 7.5 webserver.

    The backend works correctly when running locally in Webmatrix, but looks like this on the IIS server.

    Have checked the files and everything has been copied over - permissions should be working.

    The only difference is the server is running SQL Server Express 2012 ans the webmatrix was SQl Server Express 2008 R2.

    Any suggestions as to what is happening?

    I have had this issue a few times, it has always been related to permissions for me...can you check in firebug and see what errors are being returned when the css files are being called?
