    Internal links special edition

I have an image in my Umbraco website, which is hard coded. This image should also have an internal link applied to it: it should only be allowed to link to pages inside Umbraco. My problem is that I would like the administrator to have a pop-up screen similar to the 'links section" RTE has, but then just only this specific screen (no text editing needed since it is just an internal link I want the admin to be able to change). The image shouldn't be showed either since the admin won't be able to change it.

Anyone some ideas about how I might accomplish this?

(I have already read some posts with tips that I could use an RTE, and strip everything from it besides the link section, but then I still have the (big) text editing field and the admin still needs to select the image before he can apply a link to it. So this is not an option for me. It would be great to just have a button which says 'internal link', and which after clicking evokes a pop-up screen to show up with all available pages.)
