I want to have one page on my site in chinese. It is simple enough just to have foreign content however the page will also have a form on it that is also on other pages of the site.
I'd like to use the dictionary to set the labels etc on the form so I don't have to have 2 different versions (english & chinese) but I'm not sure whether this can be done as it will only be a single page.
Can the language of a single page be different from the site.
You can set a language on any content node so that should work, but if a parent node already has a language set it will use that language. I think this will be fixed in 4.10.

Yes, but that could be anything. Try something like "empty" and that should even work.
