The toolbar strip on the rich text editor based properties in my recent installation is simply not showing up at all. The bar is not visible and therefore the field looks like it's a simple text field instead. Has anyone had this issue and has a quick fix?

The toolbar strip on the rich text editor based properties in my recent installation is simply not showing up at all. The bar is not visible and therefore the field looks like it's a simple text field instead. Has anyone had this issue and has a quick fix?

Did you do anything which could have caused this problem? Did you update the website? Is there an error in the chrome console?
