Hi All,
I've got a problem with the install through the api, i saw in the Umbraco solution 2 ways to do this:
Like this:installer.Install(dirPath, Guid.NewGuid().ToString(), _repoGuid);
With this as an error (i do this on OnApplicationStarted):Request is not available in this context
of like this:
var pId = installer.CreateManifest(dirPath, Guid.NewGuid().ToString(), _repoGuid);installer.InstallFiles(pId, dirPath);installer.InstallBusinessLogic(pId, dirPath); installer.InstallCleanUp(pId, dirPath);
the install then works fine but not the datatype, maybe it's a bug? Or do i not use the good api call?
Nobody ever tried this?
