    Newbie Question - Need help figuring out merging a new feature onto existing website

    Hello,

     

    I've been brought on as a technical producer for a piano competition that will livestream for a month in May.

    I'd like to add a live video player (custom, I'm building it) to their homepage for the course of the event, and really have no idea where to start, and I no longer have access to the development team that built it for them.

    As a non-programmer, but know my way around basic coding, what kind of information would I need to pass off to the community to start to achieve this goal (in terms of modules they're using, etc)?

    Hi Brenton

    Do you know what player you're going to be using?

    And what kind of coding skills do you have? XSLT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, Razor etc.?
