In my umbarco I have set separately home page and subpages for my languages versions and added relevant subdomains into Manage hostnames popup to the home pages.
There has been made some cleanup of the code that handles the domain settings in Umbraco - could you let us know what version you're using? I must admit I can't remember wether or not the above can cause some trouble in specific versions.
umbracoUseDirectoryUrls doesn't work for subdomains?

I have multilingual website and have set umbracoUseDirectoryUrls to true
Links work fine for the main domain eg. http://www.mydomain.com/register/
but they don't work for subdomains eg. http://en.mydomain.com/register/ - I'm getting page not found error

Eg. English home page has http://www.mydomain.com & http://en.mydomain.com, Spanish has http://es.mydomain.com etc.
Did I miss something? I really need to make my urls working for subdomains.
