I downloaded and installed Umbraco v6.0.3 (Assembly version 1.0.4834.18854). At installation process, I choose to use an empty SQL Express database. The installation was fine, but when I select the developer section, and select the Packages node, nothing happens. The node is empty, and I can't install any downloaded package.
Is there any other way to install a package at this version? If not, how can I fix this problem?
This sounds like a permission issue - have you made sure that network service and iusrs accounts have full permissions on the root folder of your Umbraco installation?
