    creating an upload image module in umbraco

    I want to create an "upload image" module for my website guests

    1. upload an image - with restrictions on size of course.
    2. adding some description to the image.
    3. user must enter captcha. 
    4. sending the page or saving it will create a new page in the back office that will be in "unpublish" state.
    does anyone knows how to do this or knows a package that provides the same functionality?

    did you have issues installing this package on umbraco 4.11.8 ? I am getting this error message after installing the package, even if I uninstall it I still see the error and the whole site won't start :( good thing I tested it first on a test environment.

    Could not load file or assembly 'Umbraco.Forms.CodeFirst' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

    Which ther version of contour did you install ?

    version 3.0.12 it supposed to be compatible with version 4.11.8 according to the project's page

    Found the an answer in this link apperantly you need to remove all references to this package manually.
