we have almost finished an Umbraco implementation and as part of the project we need to deliver a User Manual to our client. It would typically contain:

- how to login
- how to create new content
- the different ways of publishing and unpublishing content (with delayed publishing, cascade publishing etc)
- how to copy/move/delete content
- how to add an image/document to the media library
- etc...

So clearly, technical topics are absolutely to be avoided: nothing about templates, XSL, etc which would scare our non-technical users.

I searched around, but couldn't find any user manuals like that. Did anybody ever write one, even if partial, that we could continue upon? I'm sure it would be a great asset for the community as a whole.
