(actually when i changed the text of cart (in top-right side -"Your Shopping Cart is empty") i have got standard Hebrew text, but in all other places I actually got Gibberish.
Does anyone know why this happens or how to change the text of the site to Hebrew?

I installed uCommerce and its demo store (Avenue Clothing).
Now- i want to change this site to be in Hebrew, I started do that by changing the relevant text in the project.
But instead of Hebrew text i got a Gibberish#mce_temp_url# like: ׳׳©׳׳•׳— ׳—׳™׳ ׳
