    Creating hyperlinks in rich text editor

    Since I updated my Umbraco to version 7.0.0, it's not possible to create a hyperlink in a rich text editor to a PDF file in my media folder. 

    How can I select an item from the media folder using the hyperlink wizard? 

    And how can I decide to open the hyperlink in a new tab? 

    (all this without using HTML code)
